We prioritise sourcing safe and hygienic food from local producers and farmers, allowing our guests to embark on a culinary journey that showcases the authentic flavours of the region. We choose sustainable and durable construction materials that are indigenous to the location. The art in our palaces are heritage craft that not only celebrate the region’s culture, but also fosters valuable livelihood opportunities and nurtures the development of local communities. In this way we also reduce our environmental footprint while generating socio-economic value in our state of operation.

Supplier Diversity

We endeavour to partner with suppliers from a wide range of backgrounds, including women-led and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME). In addition to procuring responsible and certified products, we are committed to supporting regional economies by sourcing substantially from small farmers and producer cooperatives who practice sustainable and ethical production methods.

Adherence to code of conduct
Each vendor we collaborate with is required to adhere to our robust Code of Conduct, Anti Bribery and Corruption policies, including  demonstrating policies and practices that protect labour rights and provides healthy and safe working conditions to their people in compliance with relevant regulations.
