We endeavour to partner with suppliers from a wide range of backgrounds, including women-led and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME). In addition to procuring responsible and certified products, we are committed to supporting regional economies by sourcing substantially from small farmers and producer cooperatives who practice sustainable and ethical production methods.

Each vendor we collaborate with is required to adhere to our robust Code of Conduct and demonstrate policies and practices that protect human rights and provides healthy and safe working conditions to their people in compliance with relevant regulations.

Sustainable Sourcing

Starting with our construction we prioritize sustainable and durable materials that are indigenous to the location. Our art in our palaces celebrates region's heritage and culture. Safe and hygienic food sourced from local producers and farmers allowing our guests to experience the authentic flavours of the region. This fosters valuable livelihood opportunities that nurture the development of local communities.

In the year 2023 alone, we have procured over 94,500 embroidered and sustainable bags from these artisans as part of the in-room amenities we provide across our properties.
