Know More about THE LEELA ADVANTAGE:

  • THE LEELA ADVANTAGE is an Invite only membership program. Interested travel planners should connect with their Leela Relationship Managers.
  • The membership program is extended towards members nominated by a corporate company, event management company, wedding planning company.
  • Every travel planner / member nominated by your company will be given an individual membership number, unique to your company.
  • Every time a member reserves a room or a suite at any of our participating hotels, he or she earns points on each materialized room night.
  • To make a reservation, the member can call or write to The Leela Reservations Worldwide. THE LEELA ADVANTAGE membership number must be quoted at the time of making a reservation to ensure awarding of points.
  • The account of each member will automatically be credited for all materialized bookings and the same information would be made available to you online and can be accessed through your unique membership no & password. The points earned by the members will vary based on the nature of business booked.

The points which you earn as you book with The Leela Palaces Hotels and Resorts can be redeemed towards The Leela Moments Card which provides access to dining and spa privileges along with hotel stays.

As THE LEELA ADVANTAGE member you become a part of an invite only club and have access to special member only promotions and events along with The Leela Newsletter to stay updated on everything that we do at The Leela.

POINTS REDEMPTION.
The points which you earn as you book with The Leela Palaces Hotels and Resorts can be redeemed towards The Leela Moments Card which provides access to dining and spa privileges along with hotel stays.

To redeem simply click on the 'Rewards' section and place your Gift Card order.  The point statement is available online to view for redemptions.

The program is by Invitation only and open to

  • All Individual Corporate Travel Planners/ Bookers from India.
  • All Event Planners and Wedding Planners from India

** The participation in the program has been done solely at the discretion of the member and the Hotel will not be responsible for any consequences arising out of this.

The program CANNOT be extended to

  • Any Travel and Trade Partner towards individual bookings
  • Any Destination Management Company representative towards individual bookings
  • Any Government or Government Affiliated business entity representatives.

What happens when I enroll?

  • Member expressed interest for Enrolment (Form duly filled)
  • Enrolment Criteria is evaluated and then Invitation for membership is shared
  • Membership number is generated and shared
  • Online Account activation is done by the Member

How do I earn points?
Member must announce their membership number every time while making bookings at The Leela Reservations Worldwide
Member must mention their membership number in all Group and Catering contracts where points are being earned.
Points shall be earned based on booking revenue provided by the TLE cell.

Points can be earned on the below
Corporate – On Direct Bookings only – Only on Room Revenue (Not on F&B and Ancillary).

  • Points are credited to corporate and individual members for reservations received directly through them booked under public rates, ADHOC rates, rack rate, corporate rates, packages etc. No points are credited if the reservation is received through GDS or has a travel agency profile linked.

Residential Conference / Weddings - Room and Catering Revenue (Not on Taxes, Décor, AV).  

  • Points are credited to Planner partners only for reservations received through them and if the business is not commissionable. No points are credited if the event is received, and contract is signed by the directly by the end user client

Non-Residential Conference/Weddings – Catering Revenue only (Not on Taxes, Décor, AV),

  • Points are credited to Planner partners only for reservations received through them and if the business is not commissionable. No points are credited if the event is received, and contract is signed by the directly by the end user client

NOTE : Points are awarded only on materialized and paid-for room bookings

How many points do I earn if I make a corporate booking

  1. For Corporate Transient booking, 1 point will be earned on spend of every INR 1000/- which is applicable for Corporate Travel coordinator giving the reservation.
  2. Corporate Rooms booked under public rates, ADHOC rates, rack rate, corporate rates, packages etc. are applicable to earn points.
  3. No points are credited if the reservation is received through GDS or has a travel agency profile linked.
  4. The Hotel can choose not to offer points if the rate is already extremely competitive. Cancelled bookings will not be credited any points.
  5. Points are not valid for Travel agents and Event/Wedding planners making Corporate reservations.

How many points do I earn if I make a long stay booking

  1. Corporate Long stay in Hotels and Residences for over 30 continuous nights are applicable to earn points on room revenue only.
  2. For Corporate Long Stay booking, 1 point will be earned on spend of every INR 1000/- which is applicable for Corporate Travel coordinator giving the reservation.
  3. The Hotel can choose not to offer points if the rate is already extremely competitive (Beyond 30 nights).
  4. Any crew or quarantine led business is not applicable

How many Points do I earn if I give a group booking

  1. Eligibility of Group booking is 10 rooms and above on any peak nights. Points shall be earned on Room and Catering Revenue
  2. 1 point will be earned on spend of every INR 3000/- which is applicable for Corporate Travel coordinator giving the reservation. The maximum point earning cannot exceed 2000 Points
  3. 1 point will be earned on spend of every INR 5000/- which is applicable for Travel agents giving the reservation. The maximum point earning cannot exceed 2000 Points. The Travel agent if earning commission on the business cannot earn points.
  4. 1 point will be earned on spend of every INR 5000/- which is applicable for Event and Wedding Planners  giving the reservation. The maximum point earning cannot exceed 2000 Points. The planner if earning commission on the business cannot earn points.

How many points do I earn if I give a only catering booking

  1. Non-Residential Conference / Social shall earn points on the catering revenue materialized. Restaurants and other ancillary Hotel spend is not applicable.
  2. 1 point will be earned on spend of every INR 3000/- which is applicable for Corporate Travel coordinator giving the reservation. The maximum point earning cannot exceed 2000 Points.
  3. 1 point will be earned on spend of every INR 5000/- which is applicable for Travel agents giving the reservation. The maximum point earning cannot exceed 2000 Points. The Travel agent if earning commission on the business cannot earn points.

Will I get a monthly account statement?

Points update can be checked online by the Member in their TLE Online account

How frequently can I see my points earned?

Points earned shall reflect on your Membership Online account post materialization of the business and amounts paid in full

How many points can I accumulate and until when?

Points shall expire in 12 months of earning. Points lapsing statement can be checked online.

What do I do with all the points in my account?

Points can be redeemed against “Moments by The Leela” which is the company Gift Card to use against Hotel stay and services. The points can be redeemed as per the points slabs listed out in the Redemptions List.

What’s the minimum no of points in which I can get a redemption card?

Minimum reward points required for redemption is 30 points and can be modified at any given time at the discretion of the management of The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts.

What’s the minimum value of the redemption card?

The minimum value of the redemption card will be INR 5000/-.

Can I get any other gift voucher apart from The Leela Moments Card?

Currently we have The Leela Moments card as redemption option.  

The redemption vouchers will be issued only in the name of the member itself. Once issued, any loss, no utilization and / or request for the same to be transferred/ modified/ cancelled will not be accepted.

How do I redeem my points?

TLE Member can submit their request for redemption of TLE points via the following methods:
        I. Online - TLE Page
        II. Email to TLE email address
        III. Call to LRW

Points can be redeemed against “Moments by The Leela” which is the company Gift Card to use against Hotel stay and services.

Points shall lapse in 12 months of earning and hence should be redeemed in time.

    What happens when I do not redeem points?

    Points shall lapse in 12 months of earning and hence should be redeemed in time. Points lapsing statement can be checked online.

    What happens when some of my bookings are not reflected in the point statement

    To claim any missed bookings, members must respond within 15 days of receiving their monthly Account Summary and shall only claim for bookings made in the last 3 months duration.

    New members may also claim bookings made in the last 1.5 months from the date of their enrolment.

    Can I enroll on behalf of someone?

    The policy does not allow you to enroll on behalf of someone. Company can enroll in the membership post approval from the Head-HR.  

    Can Multiple people from the same company enroll

    Multiple people from same company can be enrolled in the programme

    Can the points be used for the company and not personal use

    Points can be used by the company only if the membership enrollment is done in company’s name.

    Can a company enroll but not an individual?

    Company can enroll as a member subject to written approval from Head- Human Resources

    Is there an expiry as a member?

    There is no expiry date for the membership however in the absence of any booking activity done in a period of 24 months from time of enrolment, the membership shall lapse.

    Does my membership stay even if I change my company?

    The membership is transferable to the new company however prior intimation regarding change in company is required in writing.

    Is there a limit to the points per event that can be given?

    The maximum point earning cannot exceed 2000 Points. The planner if earning commission on the business cannot earn points.

    Will I get points for business I have influenced but not signed the contract?

    Points cannot be credited for business which has been influenced but not signed the contract.

    Can I combine my redeemed card with cash to avail in the hotel services

    Yes, the moments card can be topped up with additional amount to avail hotel services in the denomination of INR 5000 to INR 10,000.

    Can I redeem the card and gift to friends and family?

    The Leela Gift Card - Moments by The Leela is non-transferable and cannot be gifted to friends and family.

    Is there a minimum and maximum limit to the gift card redemption against my points?

    The Leela Gift cards-Moments by The Leela cannot be redeemed on blackout dates

    Points can be redeemed online from your Membership account

    Will I earn points on my personal stay?

    You can earn points against your personal stays

    Can I earn points of both The Leela Advantage as well as Discovery Loyalty Program?

    Points cannot be earned for both the programmes but will be earned in any one of the programme.
