The Leela Moments

• Check-in time 2:00 pm and check-out time 12 noon.  
• Early check-in and late check-out will be subject to availability and additional charges will apply.
• Any change in taxes and/or any other levies/charges/ fees will be chargeable extra, as prevalent during the stay.
• Children up to 12 years stay free in parent’s room when using existing bed(s) in room. Children aged 12 years and older will be charged fully.
• Some experiences may not be available due to local government regulations and alternatives maybe offered in such cases.

Guarantee Policy

• All reservations, either on a regular or a restricted rate must be guaranteed by a valid credit card.
• If a credit card is used during check-in, a hold may be placed on your card account for the full anticipated amount to be owed to the hotel, including incidentals until check-out. Such a hold will be released at the discretion of your card issuer.
• 100% advance will be charged on the reservations booked under the restricted rates package.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation and amendment policy reservation must be cancelled or amended 24 hours prior to the planned date to avoid cancellation or amendment fee equivalent to one night accommodation charge.
