Royal Club Rooms onwards rates are inclusive of the following Club Floor facilities:
- Club and suites inclusive of roundtrip BMW airport transfers
- Afternoon high tea between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm
- Cocktail hours from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm
- Cordial hours between 9:00 pm and 11:00 pm at the Club Lounge on the 9th floor
• Check-in time is 2:00 PM and Check-out time is 12 noon.
• Early check-in and late check-out will be subject to availability and additional charges will apply
• Any change in taxes/fees will be chargeable extra, as prevalent during the stay.
• Children up to 6 years stay free in parent’s room when using existing bed(s) in room.
• Children aged 13 years and older are fully charged.
Guarantee Policy
• All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card.
• If a credit card is used during check-in, a hold may be placed on your card account for the full anticipated amount to be owed to the hotel, including incidentals until check-out.
• Such a hold may not be released for 24 hours from the date of check-out
Cancellation Policy
• Reservation on regular rates must be cancelled 24 hours prior to the planned date of arrival.
