The Early Bird

• Check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out time is 12 noon. 
• Early check-in and late check-out will be subject to availability and additional charges will apply.
• Any change in taxes and / or any other levies /charges / fees will be chargeable extra, as prevalent during the stay.
• Children up to 6 years stay free in parent’s room when using existing bed(s) in room. Extra bed if required will be charged at an additional charge.

Guarantee Policy

• All reservations, either on a regular or a restricted rate must be guaranteed by a valid credit card.
• If a credit card is used during check-in, a hold may be placed on the card for the full anticipated amount to be owed to the hotel, including incidentals until check-out. Such a hold may not be released for 24 hours from the date of check-out or longer at the discretion of your card issuer.
• 100% advance will be charged on reservations booked under the restricted rates package.
• All reservations, either on a regular or a restricted rate must be guaranteed by a valid credit card.

Cancellation Policy

• Reservation must be cancelled prior to 48 hours on the date of arrival. Reservations cancelled post 48 hours or no-shows will attract a 100% retention charge on room plan booked.
