Guarantee Policy
- All reservations must be guaranteed by a valid credit card.
- If a debit/credit card is used during check-in, a hold may be placed on your card account for the full anticipated amount to be owed to the hotel, including estimated incidentals until check-out.
- Such a hold may not be released for 72 hours from the date of check-out.
- 100% Advance will be charged on the reservations booked under the restricted rates package.
Cancellation Policy
- Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to the planned date of arrival. Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's accomodation charge.
